Here's a list of foods that I'm allergic to according to the test results:

  1. Sodium salicylic..Tannins?
  2. Potato white...sulfates
  3. Garlic
  4. Spinach
  5. Wheat: Gluten (causes inflammation..leaky gut) & casein free
  6. Sesame Seed
  7. Avocado
  8. Tomato
  9. Peanut...lecithin??
  10. Broccoli
  11. Cabbage
  12. Barley
  13. Latex
  14. Scallop
  15. Almond
  16. Orange
  17. Oat
  18. Strawberries
  19. Soybean
  20. Corn
  21. Banana
  22. Pepper Cayenne
  23. Pecans
  24. cranberries
  25. Ethanol
  26. Acetaldehyde
  27. Eggs?...sulfates
  28. Mint, tea tree oil, aspirin, spices, black pepper..not tested for but have reaction too...

According to what I've read allot of the above foods are also high in histamines; the list goes highest to lowest. It's a bit confusing if I'm allergic or I just can't tolerate high histamine foods?? In your DAO cook book it was stated: "A salicylate intolerance may render this approach impractical or reduce its efficacy. Salicylate intolerance because those with this condition usually have problems effectively digesting vegetables."

Would you mind clarifying what I should focus on? Bottom line, I have no idea what to eat :(
